- Submissions to the Just A Minute Film Festival can be shot or created in any format (Film, digital video, animation, flash, machinima, phone, etc.). Maximum length of submitted film is 1 minute. Submission format: USA-Region playable DVD (DVD-R, DVD+R) at XP (Highest) quality (Full screen Hi-resolution) or mp2 or mp4 file. No other media formats will be accepted. Entries may be posted through this site by selecting the SUBMIT button. Physical media entries should be sent to:

- The Just A Minute Festival reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
- By entering, you do hereby grant to Winchester Community Access and Media, Inc. (WinCAM) the right to broadcast your production on its channels and to share it with other access stations, at no cost.
- You further grant to JustAMinute.tv the right to post and or stream your production on or through its website, at no cost.
- The Just A Minute Festival is a production of The Media Tribe, Inc. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Winchester Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. Other support is provided, in part, by WinCAM.
- By submitting your contribution to the Just A Minute Festival, you warrant that your contribution is your own original work, that you have the right to make it available to the Just A Minute Festival for all the purposes specified above and you hereby indemnify the Just A Minute Festival, WinCAM & The Media Tribe, Inc. against all legal fees, damages, liabilities and other expenses that may be incurred by the Just A Minute Festival, WinCAM or The Media Tribe, Inc. as a result of your breach of any of the above warranties.
- The Just A Minute Festival is not responsible for the return of any submitted items.
- There is no entry fee for participation in the Festival. There is no limit to the number of different entries an individual can make.
- There is no age limit for the Just A Minute Festival however entries from persons under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s approval on the entry form.
- Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entering a production to the Just A Minute Festival and amounts to full agreement to the rules.
- Winners will be chosen through online voting from the site JustAMinute.tv.
The voting period starts September 6, 2009 and ends December 1, 2009.
- Entries must be posted or postmarked no later than October 1, 2009. Online submissions will be accepted before 00:00 UTC (formerly known as GMT) on October 2.
- For voting: Votes may be cast by humans only (no automated voting). You may vote as many times as you wish, but you must watch the short in its entirety before rating it.
Only one vote per entry in any one session: you must log out before voting again on that entry.
